I forgot about Postini capturing “spam” and was getting frustrated with Posterous sending out email to confirm an email address or posting…
So, I get an email suggesting I might want to review a Postini captured email. The one they suggest I check is *not* something I’d want to have delivered but in the archived spam lists are confirmation emails from Posterous.com (several), Phreadz.com and a few valid business “marketing” messages that I might have responded to by registereding for training and webinars. Go figure.
Postini does such a good job that I effectively forget it’s there and it rarely suggests I check on what’s in the net.
I can teach Postini to trust specific senders so the Posterous messages that hit the spam triggers will get delivered in future.
